Dr. Umar A. Oseni is the Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Arbitration Centre. Previously, Dr. Umar A. Oseni was the Chief Executive Officer of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM), a multilateral financial organization. He was also the General Counsel and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the IILM.
