Valeria GALINDEZ

Valeria Galíndez is a highly experienced arbitration practitioner based in São Paulo, Brazil, currently serving exclusively as an arbitrator. With over 22 years in the field, she has held significant positions at various law firms, including international law firms. Valeria has successfully acted as counsel and arbitrator in more than 100 cases involving international investment treaties, commercial disputes, and construction contracts across diverse jurisdictions in Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Notably, she serves as the Vice-President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and has been recognized in top legal rankings. Additionally, Valeria served as Co-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee in 2022 and 2023.
