Wilson Antoon is an international arbitration and cross-border litigation lawyer based in London who acts in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes.
Wilson acts in high-stakes disputes arising out of commercial contracts, foreign investment, corporate transactions and M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, construction projects, financial services, and fraud.
As an international arbitration specialist, he represents clients as both advisor and advocate under various arbitration rules, including LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, SIAC, and HKIAC.
