Yannick VINCENT


Legal Expert - Researcher - Board Member

Yannick Vincent, a French civil law notary lawyer by training, with a complementary graduate background in finance and strategy, has over a decade of experience as a senior practitioner advising institutional investors, banks, corporations, and public entities on complex real estate, structured finance, corporate, and investment transactions, including major international projects.
He is also a researcher and PhD candidate in business law at the University of Lyon, where his work explores the intersection of corporate governance, sustainability, and international dispute resolution. He has authored several publications in leading French legal treatises, including the JurisClasseur, as well as in the journal Droit des sociétés, and serves on several boards and advisory bodies in the fields of real estate and ESG-related risks.
Yannick is a member of several professional associations, including the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage (CFA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), AfricArb, and the Society of Construction Law (SCL), and is also Co-Founder and Co-President of the Global Arbitration & Sustainability (GLAS) Forum.
He holds several graduate degrees, notably from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, the École Normale Supérieure (ENS), and ESSEC Business School, and also completed a university certificate in arbitration practice at UVSQ Paris-Saclay.
He speaks French, English, and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of German.
