Yasmine CHOUARI

Yasmine is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and an associate at Komon Avocats law firm. Her practice focuses on international litigation and arbitration, including pre-arbitration proceedings before French courts, and the recovery of claims arising out of international arbitration.

Her experience spans complex cross-border cases at the intersection of international and European business law and dispute resolution, drawing on prior practice in business litigation within several law firms in Paris and Casablanca.

She teaches and coaches student teams preparing for prestigious international competitions, including the European Law Moot Court and the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court.

She is also actively involved in the Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (VYAP) network and has been a member of the executive board of Morocco VYAP since 2025.
