Presentation

Les tables rondes “Wake up (with) arbitration!” créées en 2012 reviennent à l’occasion de la Paris Arbitration Week. Nous recevrons Pascal Hollander et Andrea Carlevaris qui s’opposeront sur le thème : « Arbitrage : les amis sont-ils encore permis » ?

Proposées sous forme de petits déjeuners entre praticien(ne)s de l’arbitrage, ces tables rondes ont pour objectif de véritables échanges de savoir et de savoir-faire :

1. pour un échange et une interaction positive entre toutes les générations. Cette table ronde sera ainsi animée par deux intervenants ; les invités, tous praticiens de l’arbitrage, seront d’expérience variée, des plus jeunes aux plus expérimentés. Tous pourront ainsi échanger et poser librement des questions parfois difficiles à soulever dans d’autres contextes ;
2. sur des points pas nécessairement toujours abordés car essentiellement pratiques, parfois “politiquement incorrects” et/ou pouvant toucher à des questions relatives à des dossiers en cours ;
3. sur des sujets pratiques d’actualité très récents et/ou n’ayant pas encore fait l’objet de colloques/conférences ;
4. de manière informelle, « friendly » mais professionnelle ;
5. dans le cadre d'une représentation égalitaire des femmes et des hommes afin de refléter la mixité des praticien(ne)s de l’arbitrage.

Les discussions seront confidentielles ou, plus précisément, couvertes par la « Chatham House Rule ».

Déroulement :

1. 8h30 : « quarto d’ora accademico » - accueil et rencontre des participants autour d’un petit déjeuner
2. 8h45 : ouverture du débat par les deux intervenants qui feront une brève présentation (10 minutes environ par intervenant), l’un soutenant l’affirmative, l’autre la négative, sur la question posée.
3. 9h05 : les participants prendront à leur tour la parole pour poser des questions, commenter et développer sur le thème principal
4. 9h40 : discussion ouverte sur tout autre thème que les participants souhaiteront développer, présenter ou commenter, toujours dans une perspective résolument pratique
5. 10h : fin de la table ronde

                      <p>Les tables rondes “Wake up (with) arbitration!” créées en 2012 reviennent à l’occasion de la Paris Arbitration Week. Nous recevrons Pascal Hollander et Andrea Carlevaris qui s’opposeront sur le thème : « Arbitrage : les amis sont-ils encore permis » ? </p>\n
          <p>Proposées sous forme de petits déjeuners entre praticien(ne)s de l’arbitrage, ces tables rondes ont pour objectif de véritables échanges de savoir et de savoir-faire : </p>\n
          <p>1.\tpour un échange et une interaction positive entre toutes les générations. Cette table ronde sera ainsi animée par deux intervenants ; les invités, tous praticiens de l’arbitrage, seront d’expérience variée, des plus jeunes aux plus expérimentés. Tous pourront ainsi échanger et poser librement des questions parfois difficiles à soulever dans d’autres contextes ;<br />\n
          2.\tsur des points pas nécessairement toujours abordés car essentiellement pratiques, parfois “politiquement incorrects” et/ou pouvant toucher à des questions relatives à des dossiers en cours ;<br />\n
          3.\tsur des sujets pratiques d’actualité très récents et/ou n’ayant pas encore fait l’objet de colloques/conférences ;<br />\n
          4.\tde manière informelle, « friendly » mais professionnelle ;<br />\n
