Presentation

83 bottles of wine disappeared from one of the most selective wine cellar of Paris...

Please join us to discuss with our experts from Eight International Forensics and Dispute Resolution Network who will examine the challenges of assessing the value of such special loss.

The panel will explore the different methodologies that are usually used by experts to assess damages in arbitration and cover specific issues relating to the valuation of assets and volatile price material.

We hope this event will bring out fresh thoughts on the specificities of the wine industry.
Participants will be welcome to share their experiences and questions in a lively discussion.

We will be happy to welcome all participants for a cocktail reception following the conference.
