Fladgate is a full-service London based law firm of 200+ lawyers, with international reach.
We have a broad skills base that covers over 71 areas of expertise including corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, real estate, funds, finance, regulatory and private capital.
We have a wealth of experience in conducting arbitrations under major international arbitration rules and institutions, as well as ad hoc arbitrations, including, UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID, DIFC, LCIA, SIAC, CIETAC, SCC, WIPO and also trade arbitrations such as LMAA and GAFTA.
We are known for taking on complex and high value disputes. Our work is international in nature. Together with our global law firm partners, we service global clients on their cross-border disputes, and we take a collaborative approach when working with other international law firms in arbitrations.
