About us
Le Master Contentieux international et européen de l’Universite Paris Nanterre est une ;formation spécialisée ouvrant aux métiers du droit des relations privées internationales patrimoniales et extrapatrimoniales ; elle forme principalement des avocats et des juristes d'entreprise, mais aussi des acteurs d’institutions.
Elle est ouverte aux étudiants qui s’intéressent aux problématiques contemporaines du droit international privé en général et du droit des affaires international en particulier et qui ambitionnent de conduire leur carrière dans ce domaine.
La formation mêle cours interactifs, séminaires de recherche et de réflexion approfondie et conférences dispensées par des professionnels, qui offrent un regard complet sur les différents types de contentieux, l’arbitrage – commercial, d’investissement, institutionnel –, le contentieux international étatique, le contentieux de la concurrence, tout en permettant aux étudiants d'approfondir leur maîtrise du droit international privé général et spécia let des aspects substantiels du droit international des affaires et du droit européen et comparé.
En fonction de la sensibilité des étudiants, le Master CIE permet un parcours orienté vers la recherche ou plus immédiatement professionnel et est ouvert à la mobilité internationale de ses étudiants.
