K&L Gates invites you to a discussion on the role of specialized clearing houses in preventing disputes.
This discussion will highlight how these infrastructures, whether acting as central counterparties or not, serve century-old institutions such as the London Metal Exchange (LME) and FIFA, and contribute to risk management and dispute prevention.
Sophie Tan (LME & LME Clear) and Lydie Specque (FIFA Clearing House) will share insightful perspectives and explore financial transparency and dispute prevention within these ecosystems and beyond.
