Cet événement se déroulera en français. Il se fera en collaboration avec le Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) dont la mission est de prévenir et résoudre efficacement les conflits notamment via la médiation et l'arbitrage.
Rejoignez-nous pour discuter de l'analyse des retards concomitants dans le cadre de projets de construction.
Vincent présentera la notion de retards concomitants, leur définition, les méthodes permettant de les évaluer, ainsi que l'approche dite du « First In Line » qui reflète la position du protocole SCL et les récentes décisions rendues par les tribunaux anglais, notamment dans l'affaire Royal Brompton c. Hammond. Il examinera également les biais et les imprécisions susceptibles d'affecter les résultats de l'analyse retards, notamment le choix des fenêtres de temps, dont l'influence peut être déterminant.
Anne analysera ensuite la manière dont les retards concomitants sont appréhendés et indemnisés dans les principales juridictions.

<p>Vincent présentera la notion de retards concomitants, leur définition, les méthodes permettant de les évaluer, ainsi que l'approche dite du « First In Line » qui reflète la position du protocole SCL et les récentes décisions rendues par les tribunaux anglais, notamment dans l'affaire Royal Brompton c. Hammond. Il examinera également les biais et les imprécisions susceptibles d'affecter les résultats de l'analyse retards, notamment le choix des fenêtres de temps, dont l'influence peut être déterminant.</p>\n
