Cette conférence explorera le rôle de l’arbitrage dans le contexte des tensions géoéconomiques croissantes, où le droit devient un instrument stratégique au service des États et des entreprises. Elle analysera dans quelle mesure l’arbitrage peut constituer un outil — ou un terrain — de la guerre économique contemporaine.
