Le Québec comme siège de l'arbitrage et lieu d'exécution
Avec sa culture juridique distincte bilingue et bijuridique, ancrée sur le fait français, le Québec occupe une position unique pour les procédures d'arbitrage international et tant que siège et lieu d’exécution des sentences arbitrales internationales. Le Québec possède un potentiel stratégique, notamment pour les avocats français, en raison des possibilités d’accès au Barreau du Québec, mais aussi en lien avec les sentences émanant de toute juridiction, incluant en vertu de la sophistication et de la neutralité du système juridique québécois et canadien ainsi que de ses juges.
Avec une juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec, des avocats présenteront les avantages procéduraux et stratégiques du choix du Québec comme siège d'arbitrage, et en matière d'exécution.

Québec as place of arbitration and enforcement
With its distinct bilingual and bijuridical legal culture, anchored on French foundations, Québec occupies a unique position as seat and place of enforcement for international arbitrations. Québec has a strategic potential, notably for French lawyers, due to potential access to the Québec Bar, but also in respect of awards from any jurisdiction, notably because of the sophistication and neutrality of its judges and legal system.
Together with a judge of the Québec Superior Court, lawyers will present the procedural and strategic advantages of choosing Quebec as the seat of arbitration and for enforcement.

<p>Avec sa culture juridique distincte bilingue et bijuridique, ancrée sur le fait français, le Québec occupe une position unique pour les procédures d'arbitrage international et tant que siège et lieu d’exécution des sentences arbitrales internationales.
