Philippe Boisvert est associé au bureau de Montréal du cabinet Borden Ladner Gervais. Sa pratique se concentre sur les litiges et arbitrages transfrontaliers complexes, en particulier dans les domaines de la construction, des infrastructures et de l’exécution de sentences arbitrales au Canada. Philippe est le président sortant de YCAP, le regroupement des jeunes praticiens canadiens de l’arbitrage.
Avant de revenir au Québec, Philippe a travaillé 10 ans à Paris au sein du groupe d’arbitrage international du cabinet White & Case.
