About us
El Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje (CEIA) es una organización sin ánimo de lucro que tiene como objetivo promover el arbitraje y otros métodos de resolución de conflictos en español y portugués. El CEIA cuenta con más de 1400 socios en 43 países y tiene 31 Capítulos Internacionales.
El CEIA, cuenta con Grupos de Trabajo como el CEIA-40, el grupo de miembros menores de 40 años y que conforman aproximadamente el 50% de socios del CEIA, y el CEIA Mujeres, grupo integrado por todas las socias del Club y por todos aquellos socios que así lo manifiesten. Además, cuenta con diferentes Comisiones, como son la Comisión de Mediación y Resolución Consensuada, la Comisión CEIA Empresa, la Comisión de Dispute Boards, la Comisión de Arbitraje Societario, la Comisión de inclusión de la discapacidad en el arbitraje, entre otras. Todas las Comisiones están abiertas a todos los miembros del Club. Finalmente, el CEIA dispone de documentos de trabajo como el Código de Buenas Prácticas Arbitrales y de la Revista Iurgium, publicada trimestralmente.
El CEIA celebra su XIX Congreso Anual, con más de 500 asistentes, del 1 al 3 de junio de 2025. Previamente, el 31 de mayo 2025, se celebrará el III Encuentro de Mediación y, el 1 de junio 2025, el XVII Encuentro CEIA-40.

El Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje (CEIA) es una organización sin ánimo de lucro que tiene como objetivo promover el arbitraje y otros métodos de resolución de conflictos en español y portugués. El CEIA cuenta con más de 1400 socios en 43 países y tiene 31 Capítulos Internacionales.\r\n
\r\n El CEIA, cuenta con Grupos de Trabajo como el CEIA-40, el grupo de miembros menores de 40 años y que conforman aproximadamente el 50% de socios del CEIA, y el CEIA Mujeres, grupo integrado por todas las socias del Club y por todos aquellos socios que así lo manifiesten. Además, cuenta con diferentes Comisiones, como son la Comisión de Mediación y Resolución Consensuada, la Comisión CEIA Empresa, la Comisión de Dispute Boards, la Comisión de Arbitraje Societario, la Comisión de inclusión de la discapacidad en el arbitraje, entre otras. Todas las Comisiones están abiertas a todos los miembros del Club. Finalmente, el CEIA dispone de documentos de trabajo como el Código de Buenas Prácticas Arbitrales y de la Revista Iurgium, publicada trimestralmente. \r\n
