About us

Le CMAP a été créé en 1995 par la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Paris pour mettre à disposition des entreprises un centre de gestion et de résolution des conflits. Depuis, il accompagne les entreprises désireuses de régler leurs différends par une voie alternative au contentieux. Il propose une gamme structurée de modes alternatifs de règlement des conflits : solutions confidentielles, amiables ou contraignantes, à coûts maîtrisés et en dehors des tribunaux. Pour ce faire, une équipe de juristes propose des conseils tout au long des procédures de médiation et d’arbitrage, de la saisine à la clôture du dossier.

Composé de médiateurs et d’arbitres expérimentés, formés et certifiés, le CMAP accompagne les entreprises en France comme à l’international.

Le CMAP | Institut 131 est également un organisme de formation continue reconnu.
