Honlet Legum Arbitration is a law firm providing bespoke and specialized services in international arbitration to corporations, States and State entities. Honlet Legum Arbitration has a practice that ranges from international commercial arbitration — contractual disputes between businesses in different countries, or States and foreign businesses, ranging across many sectors and arbitration rules; investment treaty arbitration — disputes between foreign businesses and States based on a treaty for the protection of foreign investments with representation or appointment by both States and investors; and arbitration-related litigation before national courts — such as applications to set aside an arbitral award, to seize and sell assets to satisfy an award or for a court to appoint an arbitrator, having acted for both the applicant and the respondent.
