About us

ICC YAAF is a global network for young practitioners

Open to young dispute resolution practitioners aged 40 and under, ICC YAAF provides a range of opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop skills, build networks and garner a better understanding of ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services. Our global ICC YAAF network brings together over 45,000 practitioners across seven Regional Chapters in Africa, Middle East & Turkey, North Asia, South Asia, Europe & Russia, Latin America and North America.

Throughout the world, ICC YAAF hosts hundreds of educational and social events per year, providing young professionals the opportunity to discover best practices, discuss topical issues and network with experienced practitioners. ICC YAAF’s activities are globally coordinated by the ICC YAAF Global Coordinating Committee in Paris and organised in each region by the ICC YAAF Regional Head of Chapter.
