Anna TOUBIANA

Anna Toubiana is a Legal Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), where she has been a member of one of the Case Management Teams since 2019. She has significant experience in international investment arbitration and previously practiced at the law firm Foley Hoag LLP in Washington, D.C., where she advised sovereign States in complex investor-State disputes from 2014 to 2019. Ms. Toubiana holds degrees from Georgetown University, Sciences Po Paris, and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. A native French speaker, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
