Audrey CAMINADES

Audrey Caminades, Of Counsel at Wordstone, is a member of the Paris Bar with both French and English legal backgrounds. With over 15 years of experience, she is a highly regarded specialist in international investment and commercial arbitration, particularly noted for her work in disputes involving states and state entities. Audrey has acted as counsel in more than 30 arbitration proceedings under the major institutional rules. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including energy, mining, telecommunications, and banking. In addition to her role as counsel, she has played a significant part in over 20 cases as arbitrator and administrative secretary.

She was named an Arbitration “Future Leader” in the 2025 Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal), where she was praised as “a stellar lawyer and one of the brightest stars of her generation”. In the same year, she was recognised by Jus Connect as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Arbitration Worldwide—an inaugural ranking based exclusively on factual data and case involvement.

Audrey is an active member of several leading professional organisations, including the ICC Institute of World Business Law, the Association Française de l’Arbitrage and the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage. She also appears on the list of arbitrators of ICC France and the Chambre Arbitrale Internationale de Paris (CAIP). Alongside her practice, Audrey is a visiting lecturer in International Arbitration at Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (Master 2).
