Bertrand PIGEON

Bertrand operates between two worlds; engineering and legal. He is a Mechanical Engineer who developed an appetite for construction contract management and construction law along his career on ITER Fusion Project. After 8 years working for the architect engineer and support organisation of the Site, Buildings & Power Supply, he graduated with an International Construction Law degree and joined the Legal Unit of Fusion for Energy (the European Joint Undertaking in charge of EU contribution to the ITER Project) 5 years ago.
While on procurement and management of large construction contracts, he has acquired a significant experience in Dispute avoidance and Dispute resolution in relation with complex and high stakes claims.
