Christophe Dugué is an Avocat member of the Paris Bar; he acts as counsel and as an independent arbitrator (president of the tribunal, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator) in arbitration proceedings in French and in English.
Christophe Dugué is interested in the resolution of blockchain and cryptocurrency disputes; he has recently had the opportunity to act as sole arbitrator in this area.
With more than thirty years of experience, he has acted as counsel or as arbitrator in more than a hundred international commercial arbitration proceedings, ad hoc or before the main arbitration institutions, with a variety of seats (notably Zurich , Singapore and Paris) and applicable laws (such as the laws of Switzerland, Romania, Moldova, Morocco, Iran and France) in sectors including in particular construction, distribution, energy, infrastructures, petrochemicals, the mining sector, M&A, private equity, financings and cryptocurrencies.
