Diana PARAGUACUTO-MAHEO

Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo is a partner and Global Co-Chair of the International Litigation & Arbitration Department at Foley Hoag, and head of the firm's Paris office. She specializes in international arbitration and litigation, alternative dispute resolution and sovereign advice and representation, across an array of industries, including renewable energy, construction, defense, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, mining or telecommunications.

In addition, Diana has a particular expertise in international disputes involving state-owned entities, including Spanish and Latin American parties.

Diana regularly serves as arbitrator and emergency arbitrator in international commercial cases. She also regularly assists clients in complex negotiations, and has acted as mediator in more than 20 international commercial mediations.
