Gaëlle FILHOL

Gaëlle Filhol is a Partner in Pinsent Masons' International Arbitration team in Paris. She is a French qualified lawyer.

She advises and represents clients in international commercial disputes, in particular in pre-arbitration and arbitration proceedings, negotiations, and dispute adjudication.

Gaëlle has significant experience of complex commercial arbitration and dispute adjudication board proceedings, especially in the sectors of aviation/aerospace, construction, energy (nuclear and oil & gas), infrastructure and heavy industry. She also has experience of international disputes relating to post-M&A transactions and information and high technologies.

Gaëlle acts regularly as an arbitrator.
