Dans le cadre de la Paris Arbitration Week 2023, l'équipe Arbitrage de Navacelle vous invite à participer à sa table ronde sur le thème « Corruption et arbitrage : La place de Paris en arbitrage est-elle menacée par la jurisprudence récente ? ».\n

Un panel composé de Madame Laura Weiller, Madame Ina Popova et Monsieur Bernard Hanotiau, débattra de la jurisprudence récente en la matière et de son impact pour la place de Paris en arbitrage international. Différents thèmes seront abordés tels que :\n

•\tLes questions de preuve (évolution des indices pris en compte, droits de la défense, garanties procédurales etc.) ;\n
