Marianna Sédéfian is a Partner in Trinity International Paris.

Marianna has vast experience assisting banks, French and foreign credit institutions and advising national and international sponsors on their project financing transactions (notably in Africa), generally based on PPP, concession agreements, BOT or similar agreements. Marianna’s practice is very diverse and spans several industries, including power, renewables, mining, industrials and infrastructure. Her deals involve advising banks/commercial lenders, international financial institutions, sponsors and corporates.

She brings to the clients particular strengths in all aspects of the structuring and financing of major infrastructure, industrial and energy projects, as well as their corporate law specificities. Her practice has a focus on the financing aspects of complex multi-sourced transactions in emerging markets. Marianna has a deep knowledge of the African OHADA law, allowing her to advise her clients on their investments and project financings in Africa.

Marianna has been distinguished in 2023 by Jeune Afrique as the Best Lawyer in Renewable Energy among the 100 most influential business lawyers on the African market.
