Martine KARSENTY-RICARD

Martine Karsenty-Ricard has been a partner at JP Karsenty since 1977.

Martine’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, advertising law and distribution law, for French and foreign clients in a wide range of industries (automotive, luxury goods, mass retail, pharmaceuticals, wine, etc.) and she assists companies of all sizes, from SMEs to Cac 40 companies and American technology giants, as a counsel and as a litigator before French and European Courts.

From 2001 to 2021 she chaired the Intellectual Property Commission at the ICC. She is on the list of Arbitrators for the French Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the AIPPI, AAPI (French association of IP lawyers), and of the LIDC (Ligue Internationale du Droit de la Concurrence).
