Meg KINNEAR

Ms. Meg Kinnear is the Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the world’s principal institution devoted to investment arbitration. A common lawyer by training, she served earlier in her career as lead counsel for Canada in its first investment arbitrations. She oversaw a systematic reshaping of ICSID’s arbitration rules last year and while with the Canadian Government helped to elaborate a new generation of investment treaties.
