Patrice Mouchon possède une solide expérience dans la réorganisation de nombreux groupes Français et multinationaux dans des secteurs aussi variés que l'industrie automobile, le transport Aérien, l'industrie Chimique, les mines, la Banque , la téléphonie mobile, et les services, tant en Droit des affaires qu'en Droit Social.
Son activité l'a amené à conseiller et défendre des opérateurs financiers et industriels en Afrique et surtout dans le monde Arabe.
Il a participé a de nombreuses procédures d'Arbitrage et de médiation dans le cadre de litiges opposant des entreprises Européennes, Arabes et Africaines.
En matière d'Arbitrage, il a notamment obtenu des sentences de la cour d'arbitrage de la chambre de commerce internationale, sur la portée de la notion de "RIBA" sur le fondement du droit musulman Malekite partie intégrante du Droit de la république Islamique de Mauritanie.
Patrice Mouchon oeuvre depuis près de 30 ans dans le cadre d'associations humanitaires notamment pour l'Ordre souverain de Malte.
Il est commandeur de l'Ordre du Mérite de l'Ordre souverain de Malte.
