This conference will proceed with an overview of exequatur of foreign awards in the Arabic world, the usual difficulties and challenges met in the exequatur and enforcement of foreign awards in the region (the conference will be in French).

DS Avocats et le Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage près la Chambre de Commerce Franco-Arabe (CCFA) sont heureux de vous accueillir à leur conférence sur l’exécution des sentences arbitrales dans le Monde Arabe.
Pour 5 à 10% des sentences arbitrales, il est nécessaire d'avoir recours à la force coercitive des États dans lesquels l'exécution est poursuivie. À cet égard, les conventions facilitant la reconnaissance et l'exécution des sentences arbitrales étrangères, en l'occurrence celle de New York du 10 juin 1958 ratifiée par 135 pays, joue un rôle fondamental.
Mais qu’en est-il dans la réalité judiciaire des 22 pays arabes ?
