Victoria PAIU

Victoria Paiu is a Portuguese-qualified lawyer and Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration department at CS'Associados in Lisbon. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial disputes, with particular experience in construction and energy matters.

She holds a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Portugal and a postgraduate degree in Arbitration Law from the University of Lisbon.

Victoria is a Coordinator of Portugal Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (PT-VYAP) and active member of the international arbitration community. She recently co-authored the Portugal chapter of the Jus Mundi 2025 Arbitration Year in Review.
