Lu Yahan is the Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Division and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Online Dispute Resolution Center (ODRC) of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). She is also a Council Member of the Asia Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC). She oversees CIETAC’s Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center, Mediation Centre, Domain name Dispute Resolution Centre, Investment Dispute Resolution Centre, Construction Review Board and APEC ODR practice.
As case manager for arbitration cases, domain name disputes, and mediation cases, she has managed over 600 international and domestic commercial arbitration and mediation cases and nearly 500 domain name dispute cases, involving disputes arising from various contracts including international sales of goods, financial leasing, intellectual property, construction projects, and equity transfers.

Lu Yahan participated in drafting CIETAC's Mediation Rules, revising and translating CIETAC's 2024 Arbitration Rules. As a representative of CIETAC, she also participated in meetings of Working Groups II, III, and IV of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law's (UNCITRAL).

Before joining CIETAC, Lu Yahan obtained her J.D. and Master of Laws degrees from Peking University School of Transnational Law.
