Liliane Soares est avocate aux Barreaux de Paris et de Rio de Janeiro et fondatrice du cabinet d’avocats LDPS Law. Elle intervient en contentieux international et en arbitrage, accompagnant entreprises et investisseurs dans des dossiers transnationaux complexes, notamment entre l’Europe et l’Amérique latine.
Diplômée en droit au Brésil et titulaire d’un Master en Droit public (mention Bien) en France, elle bénéficie d’une expérience au sein d’institutions publiques brésiliennes et de l’administration française.
Elle est membre de la Commission juridique de la Chambre de Commerce du Brésil en France, de la Commission Amérique latine du Barreau de Paris, et co-autrice d’ouvrages juridiques. Elle intervient régulièrement comme conférencière lors d’événements juridiques internationaux.

Le succès et la crédibilité de l’arbitrage comme mode alternatif de règlement des différends reposent sur les mécanismes qui contribuent à l’exécution volontaire ou forcée des sentences arbitrales. L’exécution volontaire de la sentence permet aux parties de préserver la confidentialité de l’ensemble du processus d'arbitrage.\r\n
