Fei LU

Ms. Lu Fei is the Director of Business Development Division of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), responsible for development initiatives and international cooperation of the organization. She is concurrently the Secretary General of CIETAC European Arbitration Center, and has been elected as the Vice President of the Finance Professional Committee of China Academy of Arbitration Law.

She joined CIETAC in 2003, and has administered or supervised the administration of over a thousand cases, both domestic and international. She also scrutinizes hundreds of CIETAC arbitral awards yearly.

Ms. Lu has been an arbitrator since 2014 and has arbitrated disputes of different natures including sale of goods, joint venture, construction, and finance, etc.

She is a member of the editorial committee of Arbitration and Law, the earliest professional law review on arbitration in Chinese mainland, and frequently speaks on behalf of CIETAC at important international conferences, such as the 2024 ICCA Congress, as well as at international seminars on dispute resolution.
